Landscape Technician
The Landscape Technician is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds of our customers. This position will perform maintenance duties in order to turn outdoor spaces into functional and attractive areas. This is full-time – pay will be based on experience. Only experienced applicants will be considered.
- Operate mowers, trimmers, pruners, blowers and other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Pull weeds
- Rake lawns
- Seed lawns
- Water lawns, plants and trees.
- Spread mulch
- Plant flowers
- Install decorative stone.
- Maintain customer properties to best condition possible, including removal of leaves and other debris from patios, plant canopies, flower beds, etc.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to assist landscape maintenance supervisor.
- Must have at least 1 year of landscape experience.
- High School Diploma (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to operate a variety of mechanical equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, tillers, sod cutters, etc.
- Ability to exhibit good mechanical skills to properly handle all equipment and to avoid causing injuries to self and others on the grounds.
- Must be punctual, have good work ethic, and be able to work well with others.
- Must have Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurable by the company’s agent.
- Ability to identify and communicate any issues to both co-workers and management.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US (Completion of Form I-9).
- Physically able to stoop, bend, lift, push, squat and stand for long periods of time.
- Position is M – F, Overtime available
Landscape Excavator
Our company installs new landscaping designs along with other jobs and the Landscape Excavator needs to have knowledge of running an Excavator as well as other machinery, such as a loader or backhoe. Trucking experience, including experience with both driving, loading and unloading materials, is a plus. The job will not just entail excavating, you will be part of the install team as well. This is a full-time, year-round position – pay will be based on experience. We offer Paid Time off and benefits are available. Only experienced applicants will be considered.
- Level out areas designated for installation
- Operate other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Seed lawns
- Install Plants and Trees.
- Spread mulch
- Install decorative stone.
- Install lighting
- Maintain customer properties to best condition possible, including removal of leaves and other debris from patios, plant canopies, flower beds, etc.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to assist landscape maintenance supervisor.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience installing landscapes.
- High School Diploma (GED).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Working knowledge of all facets of landscape installation.
- Ability to operate a variety of mechanical equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, back hoes, tillers, sod cutters, etc.
- Ability to read and communicate landscape plans and design.
- Ability to exhibit good mechanical skills to properly handle all equipment and to avoid causing injuries to self and others on the grounds.
- Must be punctual, have good work ethic, and be able to work well with others.
- Must have Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurable by the company’s agent.

Paver/Concrete installer
The Paver / Concrete Installer must be able to read Blueprints / Architect design plans & have knowledge with grading and specs. This is a full-time, year-round position – pay will be based on experience. We offer Paid Time off and Benefits are available. Only experienced applicants will be considered.
- Concrete and Paver installations
- Install landscape lighting
- Lawn installations
- Foundation beds
- Plant trees, shrubs & perennials
- Maintain customer properties to best condition possible
- Perform additional duties as necessary to assist where needed
- Must be punctual, have good work ethic and work well with others
- Attendance is a vital part of this position
- Must have a Valid Ohio Driver’s license and insurable by the company’s agent.
- This is an hourly position paid weekly with possible overtime available
- Must have at least 2 years of experience installing landscapes.
- High School Diploma (GED)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Working knowledge of all facets of landscape installation.
- Ability to operate a variety of mechanical equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, back hoes, tillers, sod cutters, etc.
- Ability to exhibit good mechanical skills to properly handle all equipment and to avoid causing injuries to self and others on the grounds.
- Ability to identify and communicate any issues to both co-workers and management.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer (automatic)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US (Completion of Form I-9).
- Physically able to stoop, bend, lift, push, squat and stand for long periods of time
- Position is M – F, Overtime available
